As the Web Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our company website to enhance user experience, support marketing initiatives, and drive lead generation. Reporting into the Digital Marketing function, you'll be part of a team that's focused on driving digital excellence and creating dynamic web experiences across the multiple industries and personas that Axonify serves. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creativity, and a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.

The impact you'll have:

  • Collaborate in supporting the management of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Regularly update and maintain content using WordPress or Hubspot, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and update product information, case studies, and other relevant content.
  • Coordinate the creation of landing pages for specific campaigns and programs.
  • Create visually compelling graphics and images for the website.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure all website content is engaging, SEO-friendly and aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving website navigation and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Demand teams to implement UX best practices and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and GA4, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on website performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize website performance and achieve marketing goals.

What you'll bring:

  • College diploma or University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in website management, preferably with WordPress, Hubspot or similar.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for basic website customization.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Studio.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
