Melody Josey

Melody Josey is an experienced R&D Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Axonius since April 2022, previously serving as a Senior Operations Business Analyst at Pax8 from July 2018 to April 2022. Melody is currently pursuing a Certification of Capability in Business Analysis from IIBA and has demonstrated expertise in building relationships with development teams and stakeholders, documenting business requirements, and acting quickly on critical issues affecting customers. Additional roles at Pax8 included Marketing Operations Program Manager, where Melody led key projects such as the sales process implementation and envisioned program/tool integrations, and Executive Assistant to the CTO, focusing on system improvements and communication management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Teacher at Aurora Public Schools and a Student Intern at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Melody holds a Master of Arts in Learning Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Human Development from the University of Colorado Denver.
