Sharon Akuka

Sharon Akuka has been in the field of Compensation & Benefits for many years, beginning their career as a Compensation Specialist at Amdocs. Sharon has since progressed through various roles in the field, with experience in managing executive compensation, strategic projects, and global compensation and benefits. Sharon now holds the position of Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics and HRIS at Axonius, where Sharon continues to demonstrate their expertise in the industry. Throughout their career, Sharon has obtained both a BA in Economics and Business Management and an MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and Open University.
