Andy Trani

Andy Trani, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources and workforce development. Currently serving as the First Vice President of Human Resources at Axos Bank, Andy has experience in managing HRIS systems, performance processes, employee experience, and governance. Prior to Axos Bank, Andy worked at Goodwill Industries of San Diego County, overseeing Workforce Development and Business Services. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Andy has a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through vocational programs and community services.
