Karen Cangey has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as First Vice President at Preferred Bank since January 2012, after initially holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Karen worked as AVP HR Manager at Beach Business Bank for a brief period in 2011. Karen began a career in human resources as an HR Representative at Access to HR, where tenure spanned over eleven years, from February 2000 to February 2011.
