Anyi Chao

Anyi Chao has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Research Assistant at National Central University until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an Internal Consulting and Trainer, as well as a Human Resource Generalist, at Nissan Motor Corporation. After that, they joined PeopleSearch as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, providing recruitment services for commercial and corporate banking. In 2015, they transitioned to First-Talents as a Recruiting Manager, specializing in talent acquisition for the banking and financial industry. In 2018, they joined StemCyte Cord Blood Bank as an Inside Sales Representative until 2021. In 2022, Anyi Chao worked at PingCAP as a Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist, and they currently hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Axos Bank.

Anyi Chao has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Kaohsiung Medical University. Anyi also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from National Central University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Teaching Chinese to Young Learners and Teaching Chinese to Speakers for Other Languages from USA TCSOL, in May 2018 and April 2018 respectively.
