Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor is an accomplished leader in digital banking and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Digital for Commercial Bank at Axos Bank since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Head of Digital Banking at Pacific Western Bank from March 2021 to January 2024 and was the Global Head of Marketing for Digital Channels and Data at Citi from September 2017 to March 2021. Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as Account Director at digitalML, where focus was on the ignite Service Design Platform, along with roles at Microsoft as Account Executive and MasterCard as a Global Digital Marketing MBA Intern. Additionally, Jennifer's foundational experience at Citi involved various marketing and sales positions. Jennifer holds an MBA in Product Management and Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management Consulting and Global Marketing from the University of Southern California.
