Mana Ionescu

Mana Ionescu is the FVP and Head of Digital Marketing at Axos Bank, spearheading digital marketing acquisition efforts. Mana is also the Chief Member at Chief, a private network for senior women leaders. Previously, Mana founded and led Lightspan Digital, where Mana achieved significant business growth. Mana is an experienced keynote speaker, consultant, and program leader at Kellogg Executive Education. Mana has a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and leadership, with a focus on mentorship and collaboration. Mana is a dedicated philanthropist, co-founding Chicago Cause to support local nonprofits. With a Master's degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, Mana continues to be a thought leader in the digital marketing industry.
