Rebecca Brooks

Rebecca Brooks, MBA, currently serves as First Vice President of Commercial Digital Product Development at Axos Bank, a role initiated in February 2024. Prior to this position, Rebecca was the VP Digital Banking Product Manager at Banc of California from September 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included product strategy, new product development, and low-code software building. Rebecca has extensive experience in managing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving change adoption through training initiatives. Prior roles include VP Latam Digital Onboarding Product Manager at Citi, leading the digital onboarding transformation in twelve Latin American countries, and various positions at Junior Achievement of Georgia and Webb, Zschunke, Neary, Dikeman. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IE Business School in 2016 and a focus in International Affairs and Spanish from Kennesaw State University.
