Thang N. began their work experience in 2015 as an IT Intern at Interval House, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined UCSD Sports Clubs as the Finance Chair, a role they held until 2019. In 2021, Thang N. joined Axos Bank as a Business Analyst, where they are responsible for building and developing Tableau & SSRS Reporting for senior management in Consumer Banking. They also partnered with marketing and engineering to launch marketing campaigns, conducted A/B testing, and managed analytic pipelines for Deposit Operations and Loan Servicing reporting.

Thang N. pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at UC San Diego from 2017 to 2020.
