Philip Janssen

Philip Janssen is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, particularly within the Hilti Group. At Hilti, Philip served as Senior Vice President HR at both the headquarters and in North America, and held the position of General Manager in Ireland as well as Division Manager and Head of HR for Germany and Central Europe. Currently, Philip occupies the role of Chief People Officer / CHRO at Axpo Group. Philip holds a degree from Universität Osnabrück.
