Amy Bastuga

Amy Bastuga, SPHR, SHRM-SCP serves as the Chief People Officer and CHRO at Radio Flyer, overseeing the global Human Resources function and developing people strategies that align with the company's strategic goals. Previously, Amy was the Director of Human Resources at Hendrickson, managing HR execution for multiple U.S. locations, and held the position of Recruitment & Employment Manager at Fel-Pro Inc., a manufacturer of automotive gaskets. Amy holds a BS in Corporate Communications and Child Development from Northern Illinois University and an MS in Human Resources Management and Development from National Louis University.
