Lea Aylin Rupp

Lea Aylin Rupp is an accomplished User Experience Designer with significant expertise in UX and UI design, as well as product ownership. Currently leading three software projects at axregio, including "axregio connect," "Stellwerk3," and "NOTLOOKING," Rupp oversees concept development, user experience, usability strategies, and interface design. Previous roles include co-founder and UI/UX designer at the innovative startup compan.one, where Rupp developed tools for leadership and employee development, and the first UI/UX designer for the educational project "eklara" at concept hero. Rupp's experience also encompasses sales and advisory roles, along with graphic design positions during academic pursuits. Rupp holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Design from Stuttgart Media University and previously earned certification as a graphic designer from Kolping-Bildungswerk Heilbronn.
