Carrie Farina has extensive work experience in the entertainment and ticketing industry. Carrie currently serves as the Director of Client Operations at AXS, where they lead the Festival Client Services team and collaborates with clients and production teams to create exceptional experiences. Prior to their current role, Carrie worked at MGM Resorts International as an Entertainment Manager, overseeing daily operations, customer service, and staffing for multiple venues and ticket offices. Carrie also held the position of Director of Corporate Ticketing at MGM, where they were responsible for strategic initiatives and maintaining business relations with ticketing technology providers.

Carrie has demonstrated their commitment to the ticketing industry through their involvement with the International Ticketing Association (INTIX), where they served on the Board of Directors for two terms and contributed to the organization's long-range strategic plan.

Before their time at MGM, Carrie worked as an Entertainment Analyst at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, focusing on shows at Axis Theater and Colosseum Theater. Carrie also served as the Director of Patron Services at Ticket Philadelphia, overseeing the ticket sales and customer service process for multiple resident companies.

Carrie Farina has a comprehensive education history. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Recreation, International Tourism from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued their Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management at Florida State University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Carrie Farina has also obtained several certifications. Carrie acquired the certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn in December 2019. Carrie also obtained the Learning from Failure certification from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
