After four years in that role, they transitioned to the position of Client Account Manager - Theatre, Arts & Comedy, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they moved to AXS.com where they currently hold the position of Client Ticketing Manager.

From 2004 to 2006, Charlee Jenkins attended Westminster Kingsway College, where they pursued their A Levels. During this time, their studies focused on English Language & Literature, Drama & Theatre Studies, and Media Studies.
