Samantha Friscone

Samantha Friscone has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 20 years. Samantha began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at National City Bank in 2004. From there, they moved on to serve as a Human Resources Manager at Caruso's Coffee for three years, before joining The Adcom Group in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager. During their time at The Adcom Group, Samantha was responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and more. In 2016, they joined AXS as a Human Resources Manager and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Director of Human Resources. Most recently, Samantha was appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at AXS in February 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, talent development, and employee engagement.

Samantha Friscone completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University between the years 1994 and 1999.
