Ian Goltra is an experienced Portfolio Manager with a strong background in real estate securities and asset management. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at AXS Investments since May 2022, Ian has previously held similar positions at Orinda Asset Management and Salient Partners, where responsibilities included managing portfolios, conducting analytical coverage, and overseeing trading operations. Ian's earlier career includes significant roles at Forward and Kensington Investment Group, where expertise in fund management and research was developed. Ian began in finance as a Senior Financial Analyst at Meridian Point Properties and Liquidity Fund, establishing a foundation in financial reporting and valuation modeling.
