Tobi Allison

Tobi Allison began their work experience in 1998 at Morneau Sobeco as an HR Consultant, where they worked until 2007. Tobi then joined Axsium Group as a Human Resources Manager from March 2007 to June 2009 before being promoted to Director of Human Resources, a role they held until the present time.

Tobi Allison has a diverse educational background. Tobi began their education at Eastview from 1986 to 1991. Unfortunately, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Following that, from 1991 to 1995, Tobi attended Wilfrid Laurier University and completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Continuing their pursuit of education, they then enrolled in Humber College from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Tobi has also pursued additional certifications. In February 2021, they completed the "Facilitation Skills for Managers and Leaders" certification from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in June 2020, they obtained the certification for "Why Motivating People Doesn't Work . . . and What Does (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn as well.
