Previously, Courtney held various roles at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), including Manager of Field Training & Development and Neuroscience Account Manager. As the founder and director of courtneydepasquale.com from 2006 to 2018, Courtney focused on improvisation and yoga, leveraging a Master's degree in Drama Therapy to foster community and enhance workplace productivity. Notable contributions include leading the Communication & Morale team during the Penguin Random House Publishing merger and developing therapeutic treatment plans for patients at St. Vincent's Hospital's Inpatient Acute Psychiatric Wards.
