Federico Garnica

Federico Garnica is a Senior Software Architect at Axtel since January 2012, specializing in the full lifecycle implementation of digital transformation projects, including automation initiatives using RPA and Bots. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities and playing a key role in establishing a Centre of Excellence that defines a Robotic Operating Model for governance and prioritization of automation projects. Prior to this, Federico served as a Leader Technical at Fiat from 2005 to 2011, where duties involved the architecture definition for the launch of 34 web applications for DealerCONNECT, a portal for Chrysler dealers. Federico Garnica holds a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales from Escuela Superior de Computo - IPN, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
