Jorge Alfonso Rodriguez Varela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business solution design and strategic management. Currently serving as the Solutions Design Manager at Axtel since November 2007, Jorge oversees a team dedicated to creating value propositions for corporate, enterprise, financial, and carrier sectors while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Previous roles at Axtel include Business Strategy Specialist, where Jorge focused on developing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability in the enterprise sector, and Project Management Office Manager, responsible for establishing project management methodologies. Prior to Axtel, Jorge held the position of Engineering Coordinator at Avantel, leading a team in wireless access engineering. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna.
