Jaskeerat Makkar

Jaskeerat Makkar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jaskeerat started their career as an Engineering Intern at GE Transportation, where they proposed new designs and implemented cost reduction measures, saving the company money. Jaskeerat then worked as a Software Engineer at Target, contributing to the development of their e-commerce search engine. After that, they joined Walmart (Flipkart) as an SDE, leading a team to launch a Rewards Program and achieve significant growth in new user acquisition and revenue. Makkar later worked as a Product Manager at Cymantix, where they led fundraising efforts and conducted market research. Most recently, they served as a Decision Analytics Consultant at ZS before joining Axtria - Ingenious Insights as a Project Lead in Decision Science.

Jaskeerat Makkar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which was obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Makkar completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 2012 to 2016. Makkar also obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class XII) from BCM Arya Model Sr. Sec. School, between 2010 and 2012, and a Secondary School Certificate (Class X) from CFC Public School, spanning from 1998 to 2010. Furthermore, Makkar obtained the "Getting Things Done" certification from LinkedIn in 2022.
