Jason Stephani is an experienced professional in enterprise data management and consulting, currently serving as Principal at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since April 2018, leading Master Data Management Services and implementing complex data strategies for Life Science organizations. As the President and Founder of Union Data Consulting LLC since November 2017, Jason has developed management consulting and program management strategies focused on global engagements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Previous roles include Principal at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Jason directed consulting engagements in data management and analytics for Life Sciences clients, and various leadership positions at marketRx and Sepracor, enhancing sales effectiveness and analytics operations. Jason holds an EMBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
