Currently serving as a Principal at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since 2016, Pradep Nair utilizes data and analytics expertise to assist clients in addressing complex challenges. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Morris Care Services in New Jersey from 2012 to 2016, Pradep Nair oversaw operations to ensure top-tier patient care and financial performance. Prior experience includes a prominent role as Senior Vice President at HCL Technologies from 1996 to 2012, where Pradep Nair expanded the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice significantly. Pradep Nair began their career at Wipro Limited as a Regional Manager from 1989 to 1996, initially working as a Software and Hardware Engineer.
