Rajeev Ranjan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Management & Operations at Axtria - Ingenious Insights since April 2011. With a strong background in leadership, internal consulting, and HR business partnership, Rajeev has effectively enabled decision-making and process improvements. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Rajeev held positions in talent acquisition and HR from 2003 to February 2011. Rajeev holds a Post Graduate Program in Personnel Management and Industrial Relationship from IERT and an MBA in HR from the University of Allahabad.
