Nadège T.

Nadège T. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Nadège most recently worked as the Director of People Operations at Axuall starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of People Operations Manager at Lightmatter from January 2022 to March 2023, where they were responsible for employee relations and providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership team.

From August 2021 to January 2022, Nadège worked as a Human Resources Manager at Travelers Haven, where they oversaw a team and managed various HR functions including onboarding, recruitment, employee wellness, and benefits administration.

Before that, they worked at ezCater from May 2020 to September 2020 as a Benefits Partner, where they administered employee benefits and developed educational content. Nadège also served as a Human Resources Generalist and Leave of Absence Administrator at ezCater from October 2019 to May 2020.

Nadège started their career at Arrow Electronics as an HR Associate in November 2017 and worked there until July 2018, where they provided HR support and assisted with Workday-related tasks.

Nadège also has experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Customer Operations Recruiter at ezCater from July 2018 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Nadège held roles in team member experience management at Communications Strategy Group and marketing project management at VISIT DENVER. Nadège also worked as an Account Manager at Domoto Brands and a Sales Assistant at Condé Nast.

Nadège T. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Colby College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. These include the Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry, obtained in November 2019, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in July 2018, and the Go the EXTRA Mile certification from VISIT DENVER The Convention & Visitors Bureau, obtained in August 2014.
