Carolina Janovik

Carolina Janovik has a diverse work experience in the field of design and creative direction. Carolina started their career at W3Haus as a Designer, where they focused on interaction design for various clients. Carolina then worked as an Art Director at BAIA STUDIO before joining Globo.com as a UX Designer. At Globo.com, they gained valuable experience working with a world-class design team and managing the expectations of senior stakeholders.

Carolina later joined Huge as a Product Design Lead, where they specialized in the financial sector and played a key role in projects for prominent clients such as Banco Popular Dominicano, Interbank, and XP Investimentos. During their time at Huge, they also provided training on digital product design matters to Banco Popular Dominicano's in-house team.

After Huge, Carolina worked as a self-employed Product Designer before joining Isobar as an Associate Creative Director. Currently, they are working at Axur as a Design Manager, where they oversee design operations and leads the design team.

Throughout their career, Carolina has demonstrated their ability to create impactful and user-centered designs, manage teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Carolina Janovik completed their graduation from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2006 and 2012, specializing in the field of Advertising. In 2008, they attended Perestroika, where they pursued a course focused on creativity, although the specific degree earned during this period is unknown. In 2014 and 2015, Carolina pursued a post-graduation degree in Digital Marketing and Design at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
