Fabrício Bertolozi Iop has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Fabrício initially started their career as an Administrative Intern at the 25th Battalion of the Military Police in 2008. From 2011 to 2013, Fabrício worked as a Law Intern at the Tribunal de Justiça do RS. Following this, they gained further experience in the legal field as a Law Intern at Di Giglio & Scopel Advogados Associados from 2013 to 2015, and as a Legal Assistant at Kawasaki Advogados Associados from 2015 to 2017.

Fabrício's most recent role at Axur is as a Market Development Representative. Fabrício generates smart leads for the sales development team, designs campaigns based on Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona, manages schedules and actions for lead generation in Brazil, and develops initiatives to increase the number of leads in the sales funnel. Fabrício also monitors OKRs and KPIs through dashboards and reports for process improvement. In 2020, they obtained certifications in "Become a Product Manager - Learn the Skills & Get the Job" from Udemy, "Hello Design Thinking" from IDEO U, and "Kanban Fundamentals: How to Become Insanely Productive" from Udemy. Most recently, in 2022, they completed "ICP, Personas e Jornada De Compra" from RD University.
