Michael Phister

Michael Phister is an experienced assembly technician with a strong background in electro-mechanical assemblies and quality inspection. Currently employed at Axus Technology as an Assembly Technician II since February 2022, Michael is responsible for managing the production line, writing work instructions, and conducting quality checks. Prior experience includes roles at ICON Aircraft, where responsibilities spanned from quality inspection to assembly technician, as well as assembly technician positions at Ultra Clean Technology and SSL, where duties included building communication satellites. Michael holds a degree in Aviation Maintenance Technician from Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, completed between 2000 and 2001.
