Javier Regueiro has extensive work experience in business development and management roles. Javier started their career at Optima Consulting Partners in 2004, where they served as the Business Development/Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. During their time at Optima Consulting Partners, they managed a team of consultants, conducted field marketing campaigns, and developed international marketing strategies. Javier also worked with various clients, including Vallent, McAfee, Symantec, Novell, Commvault, and Zinwave, where they focused on lead generation activities and C-level appointment setting.

In 2007, Regueiro joined LAN 2 LAN as an IBM Sales Executive. Javier later moved to Appian in 2009, where they worked in business development and marketing roles for the EMEA region. Appian is a leader in BPM innovation and provides solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and governments worldwide.

Regueiro then joined Snow Software in 2014, initially as the Head of Business Development for the UK, Ireland, and Middle East. In this role, they contributed to Snow's mission of providing software asset management solutions to ensure organizations are not overpaying for software. Javier later took on the role of Account Manager and Operations Manager for the UK and Middle East.

Since 2016, Regueiro has been working at Axway. Javier has held several senior management positions, including Global BDR Manager, Senior Manager for Global BDRs, and Senior Manager for Global BDRs and EMEA SDRs. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Business Development at Axway.

Javier Regueiro obtained a BA Hons in International Business Management with International Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire in the years 2000-2004. Additionally, they completed their GCSE's & A'Levels from St John The Baptist Sixth School/Sixth Form in 1993-1999.
