Karolina Szydlowska

Karolina Szydlowska is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal counsel and managing contractual agreements across various roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Axway in the APAC region since February 2023, Karolina specializes in drafting and negotiating agreements, responding to RFXs, and ensuring compliance within operations. Prior experience includes positions at Infosys as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, and as a Senior Associate at Gordian Lawyers, focusing on technology transactions and government procurement. Additionally, Karolina held roles at Accenture, Pegasystems, Oracle Corporation, and the Queensland Government, accumulating expertise in contract management, sales operations, and ICT procurement. Education includes an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW and a combined B.Comm LLB from the University of Sydney.
