Traci Blackstone

Traci Blackstone has a extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 1996, they worked at Andersen Consulting as a Recruiting Specialist until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they worked at Four Points Digital/Whittman Hart as a Manager of Human Resources. In 2000, they joined HannaHodge as a Director of Human Resources, and then moved on to VCommerce in 2001 where they held the same role. Blackstone joined Axway in 2002 as the VP of Human Resources for the Americas. Throughout their tenure at Axway, they held various HR roles such as Director of HR, Director of HR for the Americas, and Director of HR for the Americas and the UK. Their most recent roles at Axway include Sr. Director of HR and Global HR Business Partner, and currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources.

Traci Blackstone received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University from 1987 to 1991. Traci then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago from 1997 to 2000.
