Teri Frank

Teri Frank serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Total Scholastic Solutions since April 2024, focusing on building the people function and collaborating with the executive team on culture and workforce strategy. Previously, Teri held multiple leadership roles at Global Benefits Group from October 1998 to March 2024, including Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic planning and policy establishment were key responsibilities. Teri also managed business development initiatives and operations administration, enhancing organizational efficiencies and retaining client relationships in the global insurance market. Earlier work experience includes roles as Director for a non-profit child development agency and a Community College Instructor, with a strong background in compliance and community outreach. Teri holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC Irvine and further education from San Diego State University.
