Victor Lebec has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 as a Tutor at Acadomia/Complétude. Victor worked as a Research Assistant at Uppsala universitet in 2010 and then pursued a PhD in Surface Sciences at Université catholique de Louvain and Université Pierre et Marie Curie from 2010 to 2014. Victor also worked as a Consultant at Copilot Partners, where they wrote case studies for clients, and as a Consultant/Program Manager at Education Impact, where they supported digital equipment deployment in public schools. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Sopra Steria Next as a Senior Consultant and later as a Manager, contributing to the roll-out of the ORBIS software in hospitals and participating in commercial activities. Victor then joined Rise Up in 2021 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing deployments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Later, they became the Global Head of Customer Success at Rise Up. Currently, they are a Principal Customer Success Manager EMEA at Axway, starting in 2023.

Victor Lebec has a strong education background in the field of physics and surface science. Victor completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at Pierre and Marie Curie University in 2008. Victor then pursued their Master's degree in Nanomaterials at both Pierre and Marie Curie University and Uppsala University from 2008 to 2010. Victor further enhanced their knowledge in surface science by obtaining a PhD at both Université catholique de Louvain and Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in February 2021.
