Yoann Puren-Vianet

Yoann Puren-Vianet is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Sinch since September 2025, Yoann previously held the same title at Infobip from November 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and fostering strong customer relationships. Prior roles include Enterprise Account Executive at Amazon Web Services, Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at Esendex, and Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, among others. Yoann holds a Master’s degree in Management & International Business from Novancia Business School Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & International Business from the same institution, supplemented by international academic experiences in Argentina and Spain.
