Vlad Mihnea

Vlad Mihnea has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vlad began their career in 2003 at IBM, where they held various positions such as Software Engineer, Software Consultant, and Senior Software Engineer. Vlad later became a Team Leader, Test Leader, and Senior Software Consultant. In 2010, they joined 1&1 Internet AG as the Head of Domain Development Romania until 2013. Following that, they worked at Ymens as an R&D Director from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been with Axway, initially serving as a Senior R&D Director and currently holding the position of VP of Engineering.

Vlad Mihnea holds a Master's degree in Online Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Vlad also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the same institution between 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Colegiul National Dragos Voda from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Vlad has certifications as an Associate Project Manager from PMI, Certified Network Associate from Cisco, Java Certified Programmer from Oracle, and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
