Adesola Awofeso

Adesola Awofeso currently serves as HR Manager at Axxela, contributing to the company’s growth strategy within the Oil & Gas market in Africa since October 2022. Awofeso is also a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, which comprises a select group of 250 leaders from various industries. Previous experience includes significant roles at Sterling Bank Plc as Head of HR Business Partnering and Head of Employee Engagement, as well as talent management and HR advisory positions at Fidelity Bank PLC and Heritage Bank Plc. Awofeso began a career in client services at MTN Nigeria and possesses advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester and an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School. Additional education includes courses in design thinking, innovation, and workplace diversity from prestigious institutions.
