Anita Paxton

Anita Paxton is the Vice President of Talent Management at Axxess, where since January 2017, Anita has led the Talent Team with innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while aligning with business goals. Prior to this role, Anita held positions as Director of Marketing Automation and Director of Talent Management at Axxess, creating comprehensive strategies to support the talent management life cycle and drive company growth. Anita's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Manager and Branch Manager at SVS Group and Lakeshore Staffing, respectively, and account management positions at Aegis Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Oklahoma State University.
