Shiela Genato

Shiela Genato has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Shiela started their career in 2001 as a Recruitment Officer at Philamcare Health Systems, Inc. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Officer at Transnational Diversified Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they joined Convergent Consulting as a Training Consultant from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they became an HR Manager at Ayala Land, Inc. and held the position until 2018. Since then, they have been with Ayala Malls, starting as Deputy Head of HR in 2018 and currently serving as the Head of HR, a role they have held since July 2021.

Shiela Genato attended St. Scholastica's College in Manila from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and also studied AB Guidance and Counseling. The specific field of study for their degree is not provided.
