Elif Tural

Elif Tural, MBA, PMP, serves as the IT Enterprise Applications Group Manager at Aydem Enerji since September 2019. With a strong background in project and program management, Elif previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Şişecam from December 2013 to September 2019, where significant contributions included the development of IT policies and aligning IT strategy with business needs. Experience also encompasses roles as Project Manager at Turk Telekom and Project Lead at Orga Systems GmbH, among others. Elif began career at ESBANK T.A.Ş. as a Specialist in the Software Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA in Management and Organization from Istanbul University.
