Christopher Naden

Christopher Naden is a seasoned professional in the wellness and recreation industry with extensive experience in management and program development. Currently serving as a System Design Specialist at Ayers Basement Systems since December 2025, Christopher previously held significant roles such as Director of Activities and Wellness Director at Bay Harbor Yacht Club, overseeing various departments and operational strategies. Prior to that, as General Manager at Plus One, an Optum Company, Christopher managed all operational aspects of the site, ensuring alignment with client goals. With earlier positions including Program Manager and Health Fitness Specialist at Exos, Christopher has a strong background in staff management, program development, and fitness assessment. Christopher holds a B.S. in Recreation Management with a focus on Corporate Wellness from Ferris State University.
