Joe McNamara has 27 years of professional experience in project management and design. He specializes in the management of complex project types, clients, and teams and has a passion for carrying a concept through the final details of the design, combining his knowledge of architecture and construction to produce exceptionally crafted work. He has worked on a broad range of project types, including science and technology, and his true passion is in building science – designing for high performance and quality.

Joe approaches every project with an open mind and a willingness to listen, to ensure that the end results most clearly reflect the client’s unique needs. A natural leader, he is skilled at team communication and coordination, as well as leveraging diverse team strengths for great results. Joe believes leadership means fostering a culture of excellence and empowering others to share their opinions. In addition to his projects, he works as a mentor and advocates for increased equity and diversity within the field of architecture.
