T.G. Jayanth

T.G. Jayanth has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of capital projects and engineering. T.G. began their career at KBR in 1999, where they worked as a Project Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager, overseeing various projects in the LNG industry. T.G. then joined Brown & Root Condor in Algeria as an Operations Director, where they mentored and trained Algerian managers in project management techniques. Jayanth returned to KBR as a Project Manager in Houston, TX, where they managed engineering coordination and construction for the Sonatrach Skikda LNG Plant 6P Boiler Replacement Project.

In 2004, Jayanth worked as a Principal at Corvine Consulting, LLC, where they provided independent consultancy and advisory services in capital project planning, risk management, and business development.

From 2006 to 2010, Jayanth held the position of Director - Global Engineering Services at Honeywell Process Solutions, where they led the transformation of the Global Engineering Services organization into a key component of project execution strategy. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth in volume of work and established a China GES execution center.

In 2010, Jayanth took on the role of General Manager at KBR Gulf, KBR's Joint-Venture in Saudi Arabia, where they were responsible for the operational aspects of KBR's pursuit of Saudi Aramco's GES+ contract. T.G. then joined Sun Coke Energy as Vice-President - Capital Projects in 2011, overseeing large capital projects, including the development and construction of new coke plants.

Jayanth returned to McKinsey & Company in 2016 as an Expert - Capital Projects, where they played a key role in transforming clients' capital projects organizations and processes. T.G. delivered significant savings, implemented best practices, and helped clients in strategic planning and project management.

In 2019, Jayanth founded their own company, Aymium, where they serve as Vice President, Project Development & Construction. T.G. is responsible for executing the company's strategy of building multiple plants to meet the demand for a renewable bio-carbon product.

Throughout their career, Jayanth has demonstrated expertise in project development, construction, risk management, and strategic planning, contributing to the success of various organizations in the industry.

T.G. Jayanth completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. This degree was obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
