T.G. Jayanth has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of capital projects and engineering. T.G. began their career at KBR in 1999, where they worked as a Project Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager, overseeing various projects in the LNG industry. T.G. then joined Brown & Root Condor in Algeria as an Operations Director, where they mentored and trained Algerian managers in project management techniques. Jayanth returned to KBR as a Project Manager in Houston, TX, where they managed engineering coordination and construction for the Sonatrach Skikda LNG Plant 6P Boiler Replacement Project.

In 2019, Jayanth founded their own company, Aymium, where they serve as Vice President, Project Development & Construction. T.G. is responsible for executing the company's strategy of building multiple plants to meet the demand for a renewable bio-carbon product.
