Loic Lloret

Loic Lloret's work experience begins in 2015 as a Legal Intern at Rimmaudo & associés, where they attended client meetings, participated in court proceedings, and conducted legal research. In 2016, they worked as an M&A Trainee at GESICA Réseau International d'Avocats, focusing on mergers and acquisitions due diligence, mediations, and international taxation analysis.

In 2017, Loic founded LeRemontoir before joining Havas Group as an Analyst Corporate Venture at StationF in 2018. Their role involved selecting startups for the Havas Group Accelerator and facilitating cooperation and value creation between the startups and the group.

From 2019 to 2021, Loic worked at AYOMI.fr, first as an Equity Sales Financial Analyst and later as the VP Sales - Private Equity. Loic led the investor relations team, raising over €100 million for more than 1,000 companies. Loic also managed relationships with investors and improved sales processes, leading to funding for 2-4 companies per day.

In 2019, Loic became a Member of France Digitale, the largest European association for entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. Loic actively participated in promoting entrepreneurship initiatives and collaborating with various partners.

Loic also took on the role of External Lecturer at 1to9 Factory, by l'IPAG Business School in 2020.

Loic Lloret has a diverse education history. In 2011-2012, they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Marseilleveyre. Later, from 2013-2017, they pursued a Master 1 degree in Droit des affaires at Aix-Marseille University. In 2017-2018, they participated in a Student Exchange Program at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, focusing on Finance & communication. During the same period, they also pursued a Master 2 (M2) + MSc double degree in Finance, général from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE. In 2020, they completed a Post-grad. Dipl Venture financing stages to IPO in corporate finance at École Polytechnique.

In addition to their formal education, Loic earned several certifications. In 2016, they obtained a Law & business certificate from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2017, they received Diplômes d’études supérieures universitaires from Institut de Droit des affaires de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille (AMU). Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Fondamentaux du marketing numérique certification from Google.
