Carlos Sayde

Carlos Sayde is an experienced finance and business development professional with a strong background in the entertainment and tourism sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Ayon Capital since April 2022, Carlos previously held the position of Director of Finance and Business Development at Tokyo Disney Resort from June 2006 to April 2022. In this role, Carlos led significant projects, including the $2.5 billion expansion of Tokyo Disney Sea’s "Fantasy Spring," and provided strategic consulting that enhanced revenue and guest experience at Tokyo Disney Resort. Carlos also had a vital role in the development of Shanghai Disney Resort and the expansion of Hong Kong Disneyland, securing multi-billion-dollar business agreements and conducting comprehensive market assessments. Carlos holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.
