Jamie Mendola

Jamie Mendola is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the cannabis and finance industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Business Development Officer at AYR Wellness Inc. since January 2019, Jamie has played a pivotal role in the company's growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Previously, Jamie served as a Board Member for Glass House Group, where involvement in a significant SPAC combination led to the establishment of a major cannabis operation in California. Other notable positions include Board Member at Monaker Group and Co-Founder/Head of Strategy and M&A at Mercer Park Brand Acquisition Corp. Jamie's experience also includes founding Pacific Grove Capital, serving as a Partner at Scout Capital, and roles at Watershed Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, JLL Partners, and JPMorgan Chase.
