Michael Stoffel

Michael Stoffel brings to my work decades of broad experience in finding and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions. When he's working with municipalities, he puts communication and responsiveness first. His experience and my client relationship-building efforts help me to identify with communities and understand the underlying sensitive issues that define a project and provide the keys to success. That approach has led to successful streetscaping, water systems, stormwater management, and other projects.

He is also a Mine Safety and Health Administration certified professional, and he leads Ayres' services as we help mining firms pursue permitting and development of sites and facilities and as we help municipalities implement their NR 135 and zoning ordinances.
