Nathan Silberhorn

My ability to deliver exceptional transportation services comes from my solid base of experience and my skills in applying the right resources to challenging problems. I am a senior project manager with over two decades of transportation experience in the private and public sectors. I have extensive experience providing highway design and plan production for the Departments of Transportation in Colorado, lowa, Illinois, Texas, and New Mexico as well as the Federal Highway Administration Central Federal Lands.

My construction phase experience includes construction plans review, construction observation, and contractor and owner coordination. That experience helps me anticipate potential in-the-field issues during the design process.

My ability to nurture teamwork and elicit smart, creative solutions sets me apart. I cultivate long-term relationships with clients, coworkers, agency representatives, and project stakeholders by demonstrating that their contributions are valued. This all helps me take the lead in identifying, winning and managing transportation work in Colorado and the surrounding region, as well as mentoring staff and taking good care of our clients.

My recent experience includes several Colorado DOT projects for which he led consultant and in-house development and design of interchange, flood repair, intersection realignment, interstate reconstruction, and resurfacing projects. I provide utility coordination, agency coordination, environmental reports, and public involvement.
