Fraser Lennox

Fraser Lennox is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and employability services. Currently serving as the Employability and Engagement Team Leader at Ayrshire College since March 2015, Fraser Lennox focuses on developing effective services to combat youth unemployment and engage disenfranchised groups while promoting a culture of health, safety, and equality. Previously, Fraser Lennox held various leadership roles at Police Scotland, including Police Inspector and Deputy Area Commander, where responsibilities included operational command, community consultation, and strategic crime reduction initiatives. Fraser Lennox's extensive career began at Strathclyde Police in 1985, advancing through multiple positions, including roles in community policing, training, and recruitment. Fraser Lennox holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law and two Higher National Diplomas, showcasing a commitment to professional development and education.
