Gillian Brown has a diverse work experience in HR, starting from their role as an HR Assistant at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in 2005. Gillian then worked as an HR Advisor at NHS Ayrshire and Arran from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde again as a Senior HR Advisor from 2008 to 2014.
